It's IceWarp Server, you can get a copy in downloads page (trial). Its a mail server with IM server also (Jabber).

Block jabber file transfers
I saw your software, did some tests, but still wondering if it can help us and our customers. We represent software called IceWarp Server. It has an XMPP/Jabber IM server. File transfers occur either via SOCKS4 (ex: port 1080) or without SOCKS (which only works if users are not behind NAT firewall)....
