If it's not helpful, please describe me your network topology, together with switch/router models. So I can work out a solution for you.

This is a deployment issue, to monitor and block other clients in your network. The WFilter pc shall be deployed at a place where it can see all internet traffic.

We've never been reported of this. If WFilter blocks your skype, there will be a blocking skype event in "real-time blocking". Please check.



Or you can stop wfilter completely to check by clicking "Stop" in "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings".

If your company email is in a shared email server, you need to enable "email black & white list", following below steps:

1. Block "SMTP over SSL" protocol

2. Block web mail

3. Enable white list for local email senders

4. Save and apply configuration

If your company email server is in a dedicated email server with a static ip address, there is a simple solution to whitelist your email server: "block all email protocols, block webmail and add your email server into the exception list."
