Hi, please check below steps:



1. The "pattern.xml2.new" file exists in "config" directory of WFilter.

2. Restart WFilter.



If you still can not monitor incoming messages, please send the "pattern.xml2.new" file to support@imfirewall.us for checking.

This issue is related to your network topology and your "account monitoring" settings. Please describe your network topology and submit a support ticket in "help"->"support" of WFilter, so we can check your settings.

In WFilter 4.1, this attachment shall be renamed as "pattern.xml2.new".

Thanks. The release version of WFilter 4.1 will come in a few days. In the release version, we re-arranged the blocking settings UI. This issue will not exist anymore.
