1. First issue might be a "IP Segment Settings" issue. From the settings you uploaded, I noticed your "IP Segments settings" is configured as "192.168.10.0/24", which makes WFilter only monitors "192.168.10.0/24" subnet. However, in "User-computer Table", I only see computers from "20.1.1.0", "20.1....

Can alerts be sent to SYSLOG server?

Unfortunately, current version of WFilter can only support email alerts.



However, we plan to add this kind of features to the next version of WFilter(WFilter 4.0), which is scheduled to be released by Match, 2011.

Or you can enable "website white list" to restrict accessable websites to working websites only.

The default trial version only has time limit and can only monitor 8 computers. You can apply for an evaluation key to monitor 15 users at: http://www.imfirewall.us/require_evalute.htm



WFilter is able to support firefox. Can you tell me which page is not working in firefox?

First, WFilter does not send ARP request to block connections, instead, it sends RST packets to terminate TCP connection, which is called as "passby filtering".
