Reports for AD Users not always accurate

I manage the Webfilter here at work and I've had several managers complaining that when I print reports on some users sites are being shown that the users could not have hit because they were out of the office for that day or series of days.



Any idea why Wfilter might be reporting certain users as hitting websites when they were out of the office and not surfing via their login?



I've also noticed a few times I've been logged in on my account testing blocking and the sites I'm attempting to hit are logging under another username. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be great.
