Hello All,
I have successfully installed Wfilter in our LAN on mirror port. I can see users internet traffic like browsing and files transfer.
But i am not able to see users Emails (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo). I tried to send email from gmail and hotmail , but wfilter is not detecting those emails.
Wfilter sometime detects emails of our local email server, but it is also not consistent.
Can some please help me to configure it properly.
UPDATE: Ok the strange thing is that it is only showing emails of our local exchange server. we are using exchange 2007 server, but we want to monitor Emails of Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo.
Regards,

Wfilter Enterprise not detecting Emails (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo)
For email protocols, only blow protocols are supported:
1. SMTP
2. POP3
3. IMAP
4. http web-based emails
Please notice, below protocols are not supported:
1. SMTP over SSL
2. POP3 over SSL
3. IMAP over SSL
4. https web-based emails
The emails you mentioned(gmail, hotmail, yahoo) are all SSL based. So WFilter can not record them.

Dear Support,
So its mean we cannot monitor (gmail, hotmail, yahoo) emails ? Because they are SSL based. Is there any other product in market, which can do that ?
We are also not able to see any statistics in CHAT section. As people dont use MSN and Yahoo messenger now.
We want to monitor SKYPE chat , And if possible Microsoft LYNC server chat . Is it possible ??
