Can not open WFilter login page.

Downloaded wfilter but can’t open program. Installed on server 2008



standard plus need 50 user license to test on clients network can you help

Can you access WFilter console?



Can you see "Online Computers"?



A screenshot will be very helpful for me to locate the problem.

Please follow below steps:

1. Try "http://127.0.0.1:9090" to see whether it can be open.

2. If not, re-install WFilter and try "http://127.0.0.1:9090" again.

3. If problem still exists, it should because your firewall settings. The firewall program blocks WFilter port. Please follow this guide to change your firewall settings: WFilter Installation notice.



Let me know your firewall program name/version for me to give more advice.

Got in but the software is not picking up the network apdator so can't monitor or test?

Can you see network adapter? in "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings"->"Monitoring adapter"?



If not, it has several reasons:



1). You're using win7 64bit, which is not supported yet.



2). Your adapter is wireless. WFilter does not support some wireless NICs. We recommend you to do monitoring on a wired NIC.
