Can the internet controlling rules in your firewall be applied to Active Directory user accounts?

Can the internet controlling rules in your firewall be applied to Active Directory user accounts as the users logon and logoff on various computers? ....or can the rules only be applied to the workstation IP addresses?

The answer is "yes". WFilter internet access policy can be applied to AD users.
