I have a question about the recording or showing the msn chatting content.

I have a question about the recording or showing the chatting content.



When i click the chatting Online that i can see the Name which is ip address and also i can see Tool shows Msn and ID (hotmail address) as well.



But whatever i click, i can not see any content, which means i can not see what they are chatting..



i just can see they are use msn but i can not see any content....what can i do??

You can not see chat content in "Chatting Online".



Actually, there are two ways to check chatting contents:



1. Please click the number under "Chats" in "Online Computers". You will see a list of messengers ID, then click "Query" to view chat logs.



2. In "Statistics & Report" -> "Query History Logs", you also can check chat history.
