I can not see my old logs chat or web

Please I move my server to new location and I remove old users from windows server 2003 now I want to see the old logs chat for these user (I can see the user table with IP address and see old computer in offline computer but I can not see the history for this computer)



Please how I can see this history its very important

Are you using WFilter "file-based" version?

And you mentioned you've "removed older users from windows server 2003", I am not sure how did you do that?

If you delete certain computer users in WFilter, logs of certain users will also be deleted.



If you didn't delete certain computers in WFilter, you shall be able to check old logs in "Query History Logs" or "Daily Summary".
