How to unblock an ip address in WFilter?

Hi Support,



Please assist.



One of my customer, using Imfirewall version en.3.3.175.



I had select unblock it from the blocking level.



I still cant access internet(yahoo.com) but can ping to yahoo.com.

*One apply to 1 computer only.

Please check "real-time blocking" of WFilter to get the blocking reason of this computer.

So you will know why it is blocked. Even you don't set blocking level for this computer, it also can be blocked if ip-mac binding is enabled.
