How to block tor browser with WFilter?

I would like to find out how can I block Website and URL on my network using imfirewall as I do not have access to other computer on network and would I be able to block websites and URL in TOR browser and is there any spam malware or Internet security software issues using this software. Does this work same as Netgear router Website and URL blocker. as sites are blocked in normal browser like Firefox, Internet explorer, Opera, Safari but not in Tor browser. How this can be achieved in Tor Browser.

You don't need to have access to other computers. However, to monitor other computers, the WFilter computer needs to connect to a mirroring port of your switch. Please check this topic for more details: Why WFilter can not monitor other computers?

Tor browser uses TLS protocol to encrypt its traffic. To block tor, you need to enable "HTTPS black/white list" of WFilter. This blog topic might be helpful: How to block tor?
