WFilter is not monitoring emails.

Monitoring of web, chat and files seems to be fine. But it is not pulling any emails though. Is there a special setting to allow email monitoring? All of my computers/users are set to high, however there still are no emails at all being pulled.

Two possibilities for no email recording:

1). Is your email server in local network? If yes, you need to change your network topology or port mirroring settings, to mirror the email server's network traffic to WFilter. For example, suppose you have the router's port as the source mirroring port currently, you also need to add the email server's port as one of the source mirroring ports.

And you also need to add the email server's ip address into "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings"->"Local Servers", because WFilter only monitor internet traffic by default.

2). For email protocols, WFilter supports POP3, IMAP, SMTP, Lotus Notes and common web-based emails. The default exchange server email protocol can not be supported because microsoft encrypts exchange server's traffic by default.

And the supported web-based emails list can be found in "Record Level Settings"->"Email Transfers". If you want to monitor a web-based email not in the list, please let me know. We can add it. (it's a free service).
