WFilter changes your NIC to work in promiscuous mode for monitoring.

Sometimes IIS might stops working when the NIC's working mode is changed, in that case, you need to restart your IIS service.

So please restart your IIS service to check.

Sorry for the delay.

We have reproduced this issue in our lab and found out the reason.

By default, WFilter sets its cache to a maximum value for best performance, however, it may influence IIS if your system cache is not enough.

Please follow below steps to modify it:

1). Edit "config/LanMonitor.cfg" with notepad.

2). Find line "SysCache=120", and modify it to a smaller one, for example: "SysCache=80". (According to our test, IIS works with "SysCache=80"). If it does not work in your side, you can change it to a smaller value.

3). Save the configuration file, and restart WFilter monitoring in "Start"->"IMFirewall WFilter"->"Tools"->"Restart WFilter Service".

4). Done. Now your IIS shall be able to work.

We will add an option for this setting in WFilter web UI in a latter version of WFilter.
