We are running a copy of your IMFirewall program, set up for 35 users.
We have a number of questions:
Does the system cease to function at 35 users at any one time, or is it 35 users, even though some may have departed, and they are still on the list?
We have high turnover of people here, so if the latter is true, is there provision for the users who have departed to be cleared from the list perhaps nightly or whatever, so that the list of users never gets too big?
I understand that we may be able to buy another license to top the maximum users up to 70 or whatever in a cumulative fashion to the license we have already purchased. Can you please confirm this?

WFilter License limit question
WFilter license only limits the concurrent online computers number.
If you have a 35-user license, please make sure online computer's number will not exceeds the license limit. Otherwise, some computers will not be monitored.
My suggestions:
1. Enable monitoring of all computers in the "User-computer table" to make sure all computers are monitored.
2. Manually delete inactivate computers in the "IP Management".
3. If online computers exceeds license limit, you need to upgrade your license.
