How can I block gmail chat without blocking google mail?

We need google mail for business. But we'd like to block google chat inside gmail webpage.

Is it possible?

WFilter can block google talk program. But it can not block gmail chat separately because gmail chat and gmail share a same SSL connection. The only solution is to block gmail completely.
