Domain/IP Exception

If I try to enable the Block all Policy which assigned into a computer, it can success to work to block any web site.



But I try to write a web site address into "Domain/IP Exception List"(e.g: *.gov.*),



sometime it can't display the web page correctly (Internet Explorer appear a message is Can't Display the Web Page) before I try to reload it once or twice from different web page.

This happens when the target website also requires content from another blocked website.



Please provide more details for us to find out. I need the website domain name, and your "imsupport.zip" support file(can be downloaded in "help"->"support" of WFilter).



You also can check "Real-time blocking" to find out whether there is another site blocked when visiting the target website.
