Enterprise License Across 2 Physical Locations

So we are one company who has 2 physical locations and about 500-600 users. If we purchased one Unlimited license would that apply to both physical locations on 2 separate servers? Or would we need 2 licenses one for each server? One is our primary office and one is our call center facility.

Each key shall be installed in one server only. You need two licenses for two locations.

The definition of "Unlimited-user license" is to monitor unlimited users within ONE network.
