If I have SonicWall as a router and firewall, How can I setup WFilter? I don't have a manageable switch.
Please advice.

It also can work if your router or firewall supports port mirroring.
But I am not sure your SonicWall supports it. Can you tell me your
Sonicwall model for me to check?

We use SonicWall TZ210W. Please let me know if you know how to setup.

Based on the SonicWall website
http://www.sonicwallsecure.com/sonicwall-tz-210, your SonicWall TZ210W does not support "port mirroring" feature. In another word, your CAN NOT implement WFilter with your current network topology.
If you plan to deploy WFilter in your network, you need to make some changes to your network topology. Since you're using a wireless router, I assume you have both wired and wireless computers. Please check our wireless deployment example:

We have a few employees who use the wireless connection. Most of employees use the wired. What is your recommendation we need to make some in my network topology?

If you only want to monitor wired computers, you need to add a manageable switch and setup a mirroring port for monitoring. The topology will be: "ADSL <--> sonicwall TS210W router <--> manageable switch <--> computers".
If you want to monitor both wired and wireless traffic, you can not use your "sonicwall TS210W" as the router anymore because wireless traffic will go directly to the router without passing through the mangeable switch. Your sonicwall shall be turned into a wireless AP. The topology will be: "ADSL <--> wired router <--> mangeable switch <--> sonicwall TS210W as a wireless AP".
