There are some duplicated IP addresses in the "User-computer table" of WFilter.

What is the reason? and what shall I do?

Please advice.

If you're using "by MAC address" monitoring mode, duplicated ip addresses might happen in a DHCP network.

For example:

1. Once upon a time, "computer A" obtained an ip address using DHCP. There will be a record with this ip address in "user-computer table" of WFilter.

2. "Computer A" powered off or left this network.

3. Later, "computer B" obtained the same ip address again. Now, you'll see two records with a same ip address.

Actually, you don't need to do anything about the duplicated ip addresses, it will be renewed when "computer A" comes back again.

If computers keep coming and going in your network, you're facing too many records in the "user-computer table". To remove expired records, you can use "IP Management" feature of WFilter. There has a "last activity" column in "IP Management", so you can know whether this computer has expired.

I also suggest you to configure a name for each computer in "User-computer table". In "by mac address" monitoring mode, the name will be bound to its MAC address. So you can identify this computer immediately.
