I wasn't aware that the actual contents of emails can be viewed. I have decided that I don't want that if

someone else runs WFilter. But I have no guarantee that administration trumps me and puts this in someone else's control.

So, do you have any other products that block internet activity and show web history, but do not show email history and contents? If not, I may have to look for another solution. However, I will say that the administrator I showed this to was very impressed.

We just both agreed that reading emails is too intrusive and, though we would not do this, we cannot be assured that me or her will be the one in control of WFilter.

We provide the recording features because some company want to archive employees internet activities for security purpose(eg: information leak...)

We don't have another blocking-only product. For no recording of emails, you can modify the computers "recording level" to no recording of emails/messengers in "Recording Level Settings".

I think you'd better let your administration to decide this. Even you don't buy WFilter, they still can install other similar internet monitoring products to record your internet activities if they want.
