I want to ask you one question because when yesterday I have monitor on Online Computers I can select on Chat Logs and show me but today when I want to see Statistics & Report it see the number of Chat logs but I can’t select it and read it again.



So please help me to show how to read chat on yesterday and after yesterday.

The "Chat Logs" in "Online Computers" only show today's chat logs.



To view history chat logs, you have three solutions:



1. In "online computers", click "Chat Logs" of a computer, then click "More History" to check history records.



2. In "Query History Logs", choose "Log Type" as "Chat Logs" to query chat logs for a date range.
