What support and service would we have for this software if anything was to not work? Are there SLA’s on support?

We don't have a service level agreement(SLA) yet.



We recommend you to evaluate this program before making a decision. Every feature is full functional in the trial version except a time limit, so you can make a full evaluation.



About the support, our team has kept working on improvement of this program in the past six years(since 2004). We have added a lot of new features to this product and all existing users can upgrade to the last version by free.

If you have any problem when using WFilter, we can provide email, online messenger, phone call and teamviewer/RDP support by free.
