We have full licence for WFilter currently installed on our server but I’m getting a new server (upgrade), can I re-install the software and still use the licence key ok?

The answer is "yes". Please follow below steps:



1. Export WFilter settings to a file in "System Settings"->"Import/Export Settings".



2. De-activate the key in "Help"->"About".



3. Install the last version of WFilter in the new server. the last version can be downloaded from: http://www.imfirewall.us/download_trial.htm



4. Active WFilter license in the new server.



5. Import the exported WFilter settings.



6. Check "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings" to make sure the monitoring adapter and blocking adapter are correctly configured.



7. Done.
