I have a d-link 24-port swicth (DES-1024D).

It doesn't have port-mirroring feature in it.

I would like to know if there is a workaround or any other alternative.

DES-1024D does not support port mirroring.

If you don't have a port mirroring device, you also can deploy WFilter in pass-through mode by installing WFilter in a windows gateway or bridge.
