Hotmail and Yahoo with NO good looking

Hi all, I have made a white list rule for some PC's in a network and filtering works fine, but some websites looks really bad. See attached please. Could you please help me? It happens with Hotmail and Yahoo...

It is because your white list does not include all the required websites for hotmail or yahoo. For example, yahoo email maybe also requires a css website and a image website, which are not whitelisted.



Please follow below steps to check:

1. Make a new visit to yahoo email.

2. Check "Real-time blocking" of WFilter, you will see some blocking events of this access. (for this testing ip only)

3. Add the blocked domains into your white list.



If problem still exists, please send the "IMSupport.zip" file to support@imfirewall.us for us to check your settings. "IMSupport.zip" can be downloaded in "Help"->"Support" page of WFilter.
