We have been asked to start blocking all major webmail sites. I have managed to block gmail and hotmail with "https website black list". but i don't seem to be able to block Yahoo mail.
Could you please let me know how I can achieve this?

You only need to enable "block web emails" in "Emails" of your blocking policy.
