How is WFilter Tech Support?

I guess I'm just a bit concerned that they are based in China and we are in the US. I've noticed the couple of email support quests I've sent were all answered around 3-3:30AM my time. That could just be coincidence but it might be that they are only open during normal business hours China time.



Anyone have any positive or negative experiences with their support?

IMFirewall is out-based in China. It's 12 hours time-zone different with US. So you need to wait for 12 hours to get email reply.

Actually, WFilter does not need much support after the evaluation step.



You might need support for evaluation(for correct deployment, initial settings...), but when correctly deployed, it works sliently and stably.
