How is WFilter Tech Support?

I guess I'm just a bit concerned that they are based in China and we are in the US. I've noticed the couple of email support quests I've sent were all answered around 3-3:30AM my time. That could just be coincidence but it might be that they are only open during normal business hours China time.
Anyone have any positive or negative experiences with their support?
