How to block file uploading(e.g www.filedropper.com, dropbox.com etc)?

how do I block uploading to web page(e.g filedropper.com, dropbox.com etc)?
Dropbox is using TLS protocol and File Dropper is using HTTP protocol. To block them, you need to enable "HTTPS black list" and "Website black list".
1.To block Dropbox, you need to block https "dl-web.dropbox.com".
2.To block File Dropper, you need to block website "www.filedropper.com".
