Is any way that we can see what our users searching at google.com or another search engine?

Google and Yahoo have use SSL technology to encrypt their search service. To monitor searching activities, you need to disable SSL search. Please check:

or you can use another non-ssl search engine, for example: searching activities in www.bing.com can be recorded by WFilter.
