How to unblock microsoft exchange server?

Wfilter is blocking the microsoft exchange outlook is there a way to open it?
Is your exchange server in local network or internet?
You may add the exchange server ip to "IP/Domain Exception" of your blocking policy. So it won't be blocked anymore.
