How do I remove a computer so that it is not part of the monitoring at all? I delete it from IP Management and within

minutes it is repopulated. How do I delete a computer and keep it out of the system entirely? We are on a trial version and want to make sure we can do this before we purchase.

Thanks for contacting IMFirewall Software.

Deleteing the computer in "IP Management" can not remove it from monitoring.

You have two solutions:

1. uncheck the "enable monitoring" checkbox for this computer.

2. Do not mirror this computer's internet traffic. This is related to your network topology. Let me know your network topology if you want more details.

You said you cannot remove a computer by deleting it from IP Management. Then what is the purpose of having a delete function in IP Management. I don't understand why you have a delete function if the computer is just repopulated. What am I not understanding about the delete function?

The deleteing feature enables you to delete old/expired computers. (For example, an ip/computer no longer in use.)
