Please check following steps:
1. Check "Control Settings"->"User-computer table", to make sure every computers "Enable Monitoring" is enabled. By default, it only checks 8 computers.
2. If your network is multi-segments, please use "By IP Address" monitoring mode in "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings". Otherwise, WFilter only monitors gateways for each subnet.
3. Check "IP Segments" settings in "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings", to make sure every subnet is configured.
4. Check your network topology to make sure no computer bypass the monitoring switch.
