WFilter license question about no monitoring computers

I was browsing your website and reading about W Filter but I have a

question. We are looking to monitor a few employees web activity, not

all. Can we purchase licenses for just those employees and then specify

which computers we want to monitor based on IP Address or MAC address?

Or would we need to purchase a license for every active computer on our

network?

The answer is "Yes". In "User-computer table" of WFilter, you can select the computers you want to monitor. And you only need to buy licenses for the computers you want to monitor.
