WFilter blocking and monitoring issues

As you may have been aware of, we are evaluating the WFilter.



Some Issues:



1. we have some workstations that are only allowed to access the

internet at certain hours. How come that this feature is not working as

it used to.



2. How do we block certain web site such as game sites and adult sites?

As of now we are still relying on on our Router/Firewall appliance for

this actions. This set up is somehow slowing down our internet access.



3. The default set up configuration of monitoring is not working, I

still have to do the set up manually for each computer added.



Your help will be highly appreciated.

1. Edit a blocking level in "Blocking Level Settings", you can set the "Blocking Time" to limit internet access time period.

You said that "this feature is not working as it used to", can you give me more details? (eg: certain settings and screenshots)



2. You can block websites by category by enabling "Enable Web Category Rule" in "Blocking Level Settings". Please check this guide: How to filter web surfing activities?



3. Please tell me your default monitoring settings. A screenshot will be very helpful.



4. Also please tell me your WFilter version, which can be seen in "Help"->"About" of WFilter.
