I have been test both mode and like the pass through mode but I wanted to know how much slower will the internet connection be if we add in Web site blacklist and how many website can we add to the list before it starts to really slow down the internet connection

Question about WFilter in pass through mode

Actually, a windows bridge is more powerful than a router because PC has more powerful hardware than ARM based routers.

However, windows is more vulnerable to attacks and it's often overburdened by too many installed programs.

So by keeping your windows clean, there will not be any delay on your network. And please keep the windows firewall started to block attackers. You can add wfilter's port 9090 to firewall's exception for remote access.

WFilter is optimized for large website black/white lists, so please feel free to add sites as you want. Your internet will not be slowed down by large website black/white lists.
