hi dear friends i have installed wfilter in lan its working but the thing is i observed,and we have acces point wifi mobile users able to browse facebook gmail etc which i blocked

Please follow below steps to define a hotmail protocol to block hotmail for mobile.

1. Add a new protocol in "System Settings->Protocols"

2. Add a new pattern, please view the picture.

3. Add a new blocking level in "Policy Settings->Blocking Levels" , choose "block hot mail for mobile".

4. Apply the policy for IP Ranges. Then you can block hotmail for mobile.

Please follow below steps to block gmail.

1. New a blocking level and new a website black/white list and check it, remember check "enable for https websites" . Please view the picture.

2. Apply the policy for IP Ranges, then you can block gmail for mobile.

To block yahoomail, you should block https site "*.mg.mail.yahoo.com" and "*.push.mobile.yahoo.com".

How about blocking smartphone facebook and movie app?

how about blocking the smart phone movie app?

movie apps uses different protocols. Please tell me the app name you want to block. We will add it into our protocol database.

PPS (for Mobile), PPS影音, PPTV, Hong Kong Movie, 土豆, 手机电影, LeTV, 搜狐视频, 百度视频, Finger Tv, 快手MV, 第四台电影通.

PPS and PPTV are already supported in WFilter free, the others will be added in near future.
