Real-time Blocking Not Working

Hi,



I have 2 Enterprise Licensed versions of WFilter running at 2 locations. I just re-installed the newest version 4.1 using SQL at my 1st location and now Real-time blocking & Real-time Alert aren't showing any data. These used to work before I re-installed and they still work in my 2nd location.



Did I miss something during the install? I don't recall doing anything special to set this up last time.

Which build of WFilter 4.1 are you using? We released WFilter en.4.1.164 version yesterday. If you're using any version prior to 4.1.164, I would recommend you to upgrade to the last 4.1.164 to check.



Another question, which sql server version are you using?

Hi thanks for the response.



So I just downloaded and upgraded to the latest 4.1.1 version from within the app. Real-time blocking worked yesterday after the install but now it's blank again and not showing any data. Also on my Dashboard it will show 600 Blocking Events but if I click that to see what they are it is also empty. No System Warnings and all of my settings are correct and OK.



Also I'm noticing after I upgrade recently to 4.1 my reporting isn't working like it used to. I have 500 users and used to get reports on everyone but now I can only get Detailed Web reports to pull data for 20-30 users.



Any idea what's going on with my reporting and blocking? Thanks

what's the version of your sql server?

SQL2008. I also have SQL2008 on my other server at another location and it works fine.

So far we still can not reproduce your issue in our lab. Anyway, we're making certain improvements and a new version will come in next week. I will let you know when it's ready.

The new 4.1.168 version is now released. Please upgrade to the last version to check.
