Bandwidth Report Misreporting?

Hi,



I have a question regarding reporting. I ran a report to see how much HTTPS traffic my company of 500 employees is generating and it seemed pretty low. When it shows Upstream Flow (M) and Downstream Flow (M) and then Total (M) is the (M) referencing Megs?



Is the Detailed Bandwidth Report the only way to get a summarize total by protocol and/or what is the best way to grab a total output of HTTPS traffic within Reports?

Please notice there are two protocols for HTTPS traffic : "TLS" and "HTTPS". Most sites are using TLS protocol by now.



And the (M) means "Megabyte".



To get report of TLS traffic, I would recommend you to use "Bandwidth Report" and "Bandwidth Details". You can change the "report by" and "Set Report Filter" to get what you want.
