Error Code -5009 : 0x8002802b on WFilter uninstall & reinstall

I am using the following:



Product: WFilter Build No.: en.3.3.118 on a Microsoft XP SP3 and during the uninstall

to upgrade process I am receiving the following error (reference the

attachment for the details).



Error Code: -5009 : 0x8002802b



Error Information:

I cannot move forward with uninstall nor re-install the software without

your technical help. Please advise.

This is because incompatible installshield versions.



Please follow below steps:

1. Rename folder "C:Program FilesCommon FilesInstallShieldProfessionalRunTime" to "RunTimebak".

2. Re-run the WFilter installation package.
