Can alerts be sent to SYSLOG server?

I am able to configure WFilter to produce Email alerts, but I would very much like for WFilter to be able to send Alerts to our SYSLOG server, or send an SNMP trap, or at least to generate a Windows event log entry. Can WFilter be configured to do this?



I don't want to have to write a program to convert and forward Email alerts to SYSLOG server if an existing method already exists.

Unfortunately, current version of WFilter can only support email alerts.



However, we plan to add this kind of features to the next version of WFilter(WFilter 4.0), which is scheduled to be released by Match, 2011.
