WFilter not showing new users from AD

Hi, WFilter was previously working fine. We upgraded to v4 a few months ago and imported settings from previous version (newly built server).



Ive just noticed that even though computers are being monitored and up to date, it is not showing newly created users from AD (where it did on the older version on the old server). Some new users were created weeks ago.



We are not currently blocking activity on this version yet. The "Check Settings" results say OK for everythign except Blocking Adapter.



Any ideas anyone to force it to talk to AD properly again?

Think we have worked it out - just deleted the entire entry in User-account table and used Change Multiple Settings to re-import an upto date new AD structure.



Luckily enough we didnt have to go through all the settings for each user as they are all set to do not block!

Actually, there has such an option for new ad users("Automatically add new found domain account"). Please check the "Advanced Settings" of "Account Monitoring Settings".
