Could you confirm something for me?
When I run a report on “top 20 users of web surfing time†for example,
the amount of time displayed is actual “using†time or can this still be
included when the web page is minimised for example?

Question about the "web surfing time" report.
Actually, it is a little complicated. It only takes a few seconds to
open a webpage, but you may spend several minutes to read it.
Because there will be no traffic after the webpage is open, it is
difficult to determine whether the user is actually reading the page.
Therefore we calculate the Internet Browse Time by using a special
algorithm. We use the "Read Time Threshold" as the basis for measuring
browse time. The Read Time Threshold is 3 minutes by default.
For example, an employee goes to www.cnn.com. If a request is made to
www.google.com 2 minutes after the initial request to www.cnn.com, 2
minutes of browse time are assigned to cnn.com. A subsequent request to
www.msn.com 4 minutes later will assign 3 minutes to google.com and
begin a new session for msn.com.
So though it might not be so accurate, it is helpful to reflect the
real browsing time.
