What will happen if one of the computers connected to the network system also installs Wfilter?

if one of the computers connected to my network also installs Wfilter what will happen? Can he also block other computers and set different policies to be applied to other computers connected to my system?

To monitor other computers, the WFilter computer shall be connected to a mirroring port in your switch. It means, only the IT administrator can do this. Other users are not able to configure the mirroring port.



If the IT administrator does run two WFilter programs, then both can work as configured.
