How to monitor outlook.com and Skype?

I can't monitor outlook.com Webmail (not outlook program) and skype chatting, file transfer.

How can I monitor that?

Neither of these two can be recorded by WFilter.



outlook.com is in https, Skype also uses a secure protocol which is impossible to be decoded.



With WFilter, you can only block them.
