Actually, this setting will not be applied until "Apply Settings" is clicked.
Click "Apply Settings", the new range will work.

Just tested it, you are right. it works after I click "Apply Changes".
Now the problem is how can I active the "Apply changes" button?
After I change the settings of time range in Real Time Bandwidth tab.
The "Apply changes" button won't appear.
I need to change some settings in User-Device list to active the "Apply changes" button.

I am afraid you need to wait for a later version to get "Apply Changes" when changing the real-time bandwidth display time interval. In the meantime, you can make other changes to activate this button or simply click the "Restart WFilter" shortcut in "Start" of windows system.
