Block Facebook

Postby azanio » Wed May 26, 2010 7:53 pm

Hi,

How to block facebook access since I have seen my users are using some kind of proxy to access facebook. For example this is the list of webproxy that user uses to access facebook. I do not want or avoid adding each individual website to my existing "blacklist" filter. Is there anyway to do this globally?

Thank you in advanced.

1. Add "*.facebook.com" to the website black list.

2. Block "Proxies" category using "Enable Web Category Rule". Since there is new proxy website everyday, if new proxy sites are found, you need to add them to the url database.

3. Block "proxy" and "facebook" keywords using "Enable URL Keywords Filtering". So when certain keywords appear in the url address or domain name, certain webpage will be blocked.
