Can't monitor on Windows 2008 R2

Hi, I am 100U paid user,I change my gateway server to windows 2008 R2 64bit recently,it has 2 external network card and one internal network card, after I configure Wfilter, check the settings, and it says can't monitor, see below, please help!



I use Pass through mode.and choose monitor the internal adapter.

1. "Can not monitor other computers." -- means WFilter can only monitor itself computer. Please send the "IMSupport.zip" file to "support@imfirewall.us" for us to check your settings. You can download the support file in "Help"->"Support" of WFilter.



2. "Filtering Driver IMNPTF filter driver is not installed." -- The IMNPTF driver is a new added driver to filter udp traffic in pass-through mode. Please notice that the IMNPTF driver does not support 2008 R2 64bit temporary(doesn't have microsoft driver signature for this OS version yet). Anyway, without this driver, WFilter is also functional except udp blocking. We will get the microsoft signature ASAP.

I've checked your support file.



Because your "192.168.0.1" is a local proxy server, you need to input

"192.168.0.1" in "System Settings"->"Monitoring Settings"->"Local Servers".
