How to block utorrent??Please Help

I am able to block bittorrent using WFilter but I can't find an option to block uTorrent.Please help me how can I do that

"block bittorrent" blocks all bittorrent based applications, including Azureus, BitComet, BitLord, Bittorrent, Tixati, uTorrent, Vuze, Warez.



If you find uTorrent is not blocked, please let me know your uTorrent version to check.

The version of uTorrent being used is 3.4 beta

According to my test, uTorrent 3.4 beta can be blocked. However, WFilter can not block an in-process downloading; only new downloads can be blocked. In process uTorrent downloading will be recognized as "unknown" protocol.

I've tried downloading a fresh torrent .It's still able to download it with speed like 42 kbps :(

Isn't there any way out?

Please take a screenshot of all the live connections of this client, so we can know whether bittorrent is correctly identified.



Steps:

1. Start uTorrent downloading.

2. In "Online Computers", find your ip address.

3. Click the bandwidth number of your ip, all live connections of this client will show up.

4. Take a screenshot of this page and attach it at this post.

This torrent downloading is in udp traffic. Please notice you need to install the imnptf driver in pass-through deployment mode.



In wfilter's system settings -> monitoring settings, you also need to choose the "control mode" as "pass-through".

I am not able to install the IMNPTF driver in windows 8..It says the driver isn't supported .I've tried running it in compatibility mode but in vain :(
